1 1/2 Cups Milk
6 Large Eggs
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Cups Flour
Crisco Shortening
Grease the pans with Crisco. ( yes...even if using non stick pans )
Add eggs 1 at a time and mix into batter.
(they rise high, and the rack would be in the way)
Place back into oven for 5 more minutes.
( This recipe is for use with the new non-stick popover pans. If using
cast iron popover pans, heat your pans in the oven a little before
putting the Crisco on the pans.
Be generous with the Crisco. )
